Challenge yourself to a healthier eating lifestyle!
Why its called 'Weekly Subtractions'
Weekly: Each week you add up the amount of 'money' you would theoretically have spent by eating unhealthy. Adding up weekly instead of daily produces a bigger number than a daily total, to help you see the bigger picture and feel more willing to change your habits.
Subtractions: You will be subtracting theoretical or real money each time you eat unhealthy. That total amount at the end of each week can be subtracted from your bank account to go somewhere else if you choose to further challenge yourself.
Notes
It's okay to eat a small amount of unhealthy every once in a while if you are out with friends and don't want to disrupt a fun time.

The purpose of this project is not to make you spend or waste your money. Each person makes their own choice and does the challenge at their own will.
The purpose of this website is to help promote a more healthier lifestyle for each person by providing a (theoretical) consequence.
Weekly Subtractions is my project idea that helps promote a healthier eating lifestyle.
How it works: Start by tracking whenever you eat something unhealthy like a chocolate and then each time you do start subtracting theoretical money (write it down!)
Each unhealthy food you eat subtracts a few dollars each.
At the end of each week add up how. much money you have 'spent' from eating unhealthy. From there its your choice to either give yourself a consequence or if you want a real challenge send that total amount of money to somewhere else (examples: savings account, someone in need, going towards a company that helps the environment or others, etc).
The aim of this idea is to help encourage and promote everyone to living a healthier lifestyle with minimal unhealthy eating habits.
